How to use
Consume 1 serving (1/4 tablet1) daily, 30 minutes before bedtime. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed or 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of the trip and for the next few days after arriving at the destination.
